My most popular session is a newborn session, and it's obvious why! How cute to capture their precious first days of life that you and the rest of the family will look back on forever.

1 - THIS IS AN EXPERIENCE YOU DON'T WANT TO FORGET
The newborn stage goes by so fast, they change and grow day to day! So much of this phase goes by in a blur, we often forget more than remember. Including how teeny tiny they are! This is your only chance.
A newborn photography session is the first professional photos you will have taken of your beautiful new bundle that capture those little details. The newborn scrunch, their windy smiles and dreamy frowns. Their tiny toes and fingers that are often kept in their baby grows for a couple of months of their life.
Parents love getting out of the house, often the first time since little one's arrival, to visit my cosy studio in Sheffield to take photos of your new arrival. The session is a lovely experience, drinking tea/coffee with biscuits while watching how cosy your baby is in super cute poses!
Other parents use the time to catch up on sleep and I do not blame them!

3 - THIS IS A SPECIAL MOMENT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
One of my favourite part of newborn sessions is capturing moments between family members. I love seeing the magic on photos between new parents and sometimes older siblings to see genuine emotion within the photos.
Celebrate your family and document your story into parenthood. When they're a little older you can show them your photos, and tell them about how they kept pouting during their session, or how many times we had to change their nappy!
I love it when new big brothers/ sisters come to a session. I love to see how excited they are and the new bond thats budding between them and their new sibling. Plenty of the older siblings are sassy so the sessions are sometimes fun and are usually full of lots of questions and help. I have a 'sibling corner' in my studio where they can sit and have fun and blow off some steam.
I also love when parents want to get in the photos, and this is completely optional. But it's nice to see and capture your new little family if wanted.

Parenthood is a whirlwind of emotions and experiences, it's easy to for everything to become a blur in the midst of sleepless nights and round the clock feeds.

5 - RELAXED COSY STUDIO
I would absolutely love to welcome you to my studio in the heart of Ecclesfield, Sheffield. The studio is located just off of the M1, there is a free car park, and street parking if full.
The studio is warm, cosy and relaxing. I have refreshments available to keep you comfortable during your photoshoot. There is a Nespresso machine with lots of different hot and cold coffees available, hot chocolate, Yorkshire tea, bottled water and Border biscuits. There is a cafe across the road if you need something more substantial, a co-op nearby and a chip shop too on set days.
The studio is full of everything we need for the session, you just need to bring your baby and lots of milk!
6 - PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER
As a specialist newborn photographer I have over 4 years working with hundreds of babies so rest assured your little one is in safe hands. My clients always call me the 'baby whisperer' after seeing me in action during their session. My experience in the field allows me to pose baby and keep them nice and calm. I am fully trained in newborn posing and safety which should always be at the forefront of any newborn photographer's business.
