Losehill House Hotel & Spa Wedding Photographer | Beth & Josh’s August Wedding in the Peak District

Beth and Josh’s wedding at Losehill House Hotel & Spa in Hope Valley was such a gorgeous, relaxed day towards the end of August. Surrounded by the beautiful Peak District countryside, it was the perfect setting for a couple who love nothing more than being outdoors, exploring and heading off on walks together.

One of the things Beth and Josh particularly loved about Losehill House was the incredible view towards Win Hill. With the rolling hills and countryside stretching out around the venue, it's easy to see why they chose to get married here. As a Peak District wedding photographer, it's always lovely to photograph weddings in places that mean something to the couple, and this venue suited them perfectly.

Their ceremony took place indoors as the weather was a little unpredictable, but the beautiful, bright and neutral ceremony room was such a lovely setting. With the sunshine coming through and gorgeous countryside views in the background, it felt incredibly special. The ceremony was one of my favourite parts of the day, particularly knowing Beth and Josh were also looking forward to welcoming their first baby together. Such an exciting new chapter for them both!

The styling throughout the day complemented the venue beautifully. The bridesmaids wore gorgeous dark sage green dresses, which worked perfectly alongside the suits worn by Josh and his groomsmen. The flowers were absolutely stunning too, created by Pam, a local florist from Hope Valley, and tied everything together so beautifully.

What I loved most about Beth and Josh was how laid-back they were throughout the day. They were simply taking everything in, enjoying being surrounded by their family and friends and celebrating getting married. Their love of the outdoors made the beautiful grounds and countryside views at Losehill House an especially fitting backdrop for their wedding photographs.

Beth and Josh’s Losehill House wedding was a lovely summer celebration in one of the most beautiful parts of the Peak District. With stunning scenery, thoughtful details and such a meaningful time in their lives, it was a real pleasure to capture their day.
